About me
I am a mobile developer with a background in theoretical physics. I have a strong interest in cosmology and enjoy following the latest developments from SpaceX and NASA. Combining technology and science is a natural fit for my curiosity-driven mindset.
I strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance by focusing on completing my tasks during working hours. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing and engaging in my hobbies, though sometimes there are exceptions.
Where and how I study
I usually study in my free time using online platforms like freeCodeCamp, Udemy, and YouTube, depending on the topic I want to learn. I also practice problem-solving and coding skills on sites like LeetCode. Additionally, I read documentation and build small projects to apply what I’ve learned in a real-world context.
I enjoy attending offline TEDx talks to learn and gain new insights. Usually, I choose events based on topics that interest me. Sometimes I also go to conferences with Q&A sessions focused on programming or other skills, where I can both listen and get involved in the conversation.
Surroundings
Since I have many interests and hobbies, which I will definitely share, I have the opportunity to meet and get to know a wide variety of people in my circle, including doctors, photographers, lawyers, biologists, and philologists. This list would probably never end if I kept going. I mostly get to know them by participating in campaigns, hikes and conferences.
Honestly, I am not a very talkative or extroverted person, so I am not always enthusiastic about making new acquaintances. However, life often leads me to meet new people and experience different environments.
To find like-minded people in IT, I join online groups like GitHub or tech forums. I also sometimes take part in hackathons and coding challenges that help me work with others and make connections. Additionally, I like to have professional discussions with my colleagues and have brainstorming sessions with them. These ways help me meet people who share my passion.
Where I spend my free time
I have many hobbies, so I never have trouble filling my free time. Usually, on weekends or holidays, I go hiking or camping. I also like going outside with my camera to take photos and share them on Instagram.
Running is another one of my hobbies. I am planning to run either a half marathon or a full marathon this year — I have not decided yet.
I also enjoy playing the guitar. In my free time, or when I feel burned out from work or anything else, I like to pick up my guitar and play my favorite songs. Sometimes I sing along, too.
Another hobby of mine is drawing. It really helps me a lot. For example, when I am thinking about something or trying to find a solution to a problem, I start drawing. It helps me focus — and believe it or not, it often helps me come up with a solution!
And one more thing: I am a selenophile — a moon lover. I am obsessed with the moon. I always take photos of its different phases, and it never stops fascinating me.
Where to buy things
I am a big fan of both Apple and Sony products because they align well with my focus on design, reliability, and performance. I primarily use a MacBook and iPhone for both work and personal use, and I pair them with Sony headphones — the combination gives me a seamless and high-quality user experience.
I usually shop at the Apple Store and Sony’s website because they offer good warranty and support. I also use Amazon because it is easy and has a lot of options.
Overall, I appreciate technology that is not just powerful, but also thoughtfully designed — and both Apple and Sony consistently deliver that.
